全般的な情報

• 精練にボーナスを持ち、月堀とリアクションが出来る唯一のStructure
• M/Lサイズ共に週20時間の攻撃可能タイマー
• MサイズはSub capitalとFreighterがドック可能
• Lはそれに加えてRorqualがドック可能

設置について

• 設置場所の制限は他のStructureと同じ（初期システムに置けない・ゲートから1000k以上離れていないければいけない etc
• 掘れる月には新しく採掘場所のビーコンが設置され、直接ワープできるようになる
• ビーコンの250km圏内には1つのRefinaryしか置けない
• 設置時に月掘が出来る位置か表示される

Upwell structure全体の変更

• アンカー時に15分攻撃可能タイマーが導入される
• アンカー24時間後に今までと同じく15分の攻撃可能タイマーがある

溶かし効率に2％のボーナスと関連サービスモジュールの燃料消費20％軽減ボーナスを持つ
現在の価格は約1.1B
DPS capは5000でFighterは出せない

採掘インターバルを長くした時の資源増加量にボーナスがつくRIG
T1で2％　T2で2.4％の効果
Volume/Timeと書いてあるが基礎値は不明
2,Moon Ore Stability
生成される月資源ベルトに影響するRIG
T1:アステロイドベルトサイズ-20％、引っ張った月資源の塊の自然破砕までの時間+20％、ベルト消滅までの時間+50％
T2:アステロイドベルトサイズ-24％、自動破砕までの時間+24％、ベルト消滅までの時間+100％
3,Moon Drilling Proficiency
上記の2種類のRIGの効果を持つL RIG
T1、T2共にボーナス量は単体のRIGと同じ。

精練RIGについて

• 現在存在するM溶かしRIGは全ての通常鉱石に影響するものと全てのアイスに影響するものの2つに統合される
• 月鉱石専用のRIGが追加される
• XLの溶かしRIGはコストがLと同じになる
• ボーナスが少し下がる（HighではT1、T2共に1％の減少
• 現在Structureについている溶かしRIGは外されコープデリバリーハンガーに送られる
• XL RIGとそのBPは2つになる（上記の価格減少のため
