Damage capは15000でFighterを4編隊出すことが出来る
後述のL RIGを装備できる

全般的な情報
- 精練にボーナスを持ち、月堀とリアクションが出来る唯一のStructure
- M/Lサイズ共に週20時間の攻撃可能タイマー
- MサイズはSub capitalとFreighterがドック可能
- Lはそれに加えてRorqualがドック可能
設置について
- 設置場所の制限は他のStructureと同じ（初期システムに置けない・ゲートから1000k以上離れていないければいけない etc
- 掘れる月には新しく採掘場所のビーコンが設置され、直接ワープできるようになる
- ビーコンの250km圏内には1つのRefinaryしか置けない
- 設置時に月掘が出来る位置か表示される
